Here you will find useful information concerning the use of online booking. You can read about how we treat your personal information when using online booking, how you will recieve a receipt for your purchase and much more.

All prices in online booking are written in danish kroner with sales tax included unless stated otherwise.

Payment is made by using one of the approved credit cards in online booking, including Dankort, Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard and Maestro. A fee will also be reducted from your card.

Payment in advance for a place on the campsite

50 % of the amount paid upon booking the remaining sum for the stay + the use of the magnet card* is to be paid by departure.

(The magnet card will be given you by arrival).

* The magnet card can be used for hot water in the shower, wash machine/dryer, indoor swimming pool and internet etc.

Payment in advance for rental units is paid in 2 instalments.

1. Instalment of 50% is paid upon booking.

The remaining sum must be paid 30 days before arrival at the latest.

Upon reservation later than 30 days before arrival, the total amount is paid as the booking is made.

NOTICE: If payment is not made in time, we reserve the right to annul the reservation without any preceding notice.

General informations about online shopping

You can feel save when booking trough our online shopping system. As a consumer you are protected against fraud and abuse of your credit card on the internet, therefor there is no excess if a abuse of your credit card should happen. You can further informations and tips here.

Shipping and delivery

When booking and paying for a cabin, tent space and ore caravan you will receive a contract from Henne Strand Camping where the accounting for you booking will be listed. The contract can be printed from the website and we also send you a copy by email, if you have supplied a correct address.

Delivery of the ordered product start when arriving at Henne Strand Camping at the arrival day (and ends at the day of checkout). Both of these dates are stated in the mentioned contract.

Cancellation and refund

You can cancel your booking the following ways:

·          Cancelation up to 30 days before arrival will result in an refund of the whole amount but minus an administration fee of DKK 550,-.

·          Cancelation between 30 – 14 days before arrival will result in an refund of 50% of the amount.              If the amount paid is less than DKK 550, the entire amount is due.

·          Cancelation later then 14 days before arrival will result in no refund.

·          Possible judicial conflicts will be brought for court in Rønne.

Shipping and delivery
When you book a room, caravan, apartment or a unit for a camper or tent you will see a contract with the billing information and purchase information on the screen at the end of the booking process. This contract can be printed out from the homepage. If you supply a valid e-mail address you will also receive an e-mail with this information.

Delivery of the product which you have booked online happens when you arrive in Dueodde Familiecamping & Hostel on the day of arrival (and ends on the departure date). Both of these dates are written in the contact mentioned above.

Privacy and handling of personal information
Dueodde Familiecamping & Hostel register your name, address, e-mail address and other information given when booking online. This information is kept in our customer database. The information is not given to a third party but the registration is kept within Dueodde Familiecamping & Hostel for 5 years.

Dueodde Familiecamping & Hostel uses server side cookies and a secure connection to secure the information you give when using online booking.

Payment with a creditcard happens on a secure server where the information i encrypted before being sent over the internet.

Contact information
If you for some reason do not receive your contract which confirms your purchase, and do not get any errors from the online booking system then please contact us using the information below.

Complaint concerning the booking process or the received product must happen within a reasonable time after you have seen the mistake or should have seen the mistake by looking through your contract. You can complain either by letter or by phone. Your right to complain expire after 1 year from the date receiving your product in accordance to Købelovens §83, stk. 1.

When Dueodde Familiecamping & Hostel receives a complaint about a product the complaint will be dealt with as soon as posible. Dueodde Familiecamping & Hostel will evaluate wether or not to refund the full amount or to compensate.
